Admission requirements

Necessary documents: 1) Passport 2) Notarized translation of the passport into the Russian language 3) Duly legalized school graduation document* 4) Notarized translation of the school graduation document into the Russian language 5) Certificate of recognition of foreign education* *For applicants from India and China the procedures of legalization and recognition are not required according to the member countries’ bilateral agreements. Transfer dates

Submission deadlines: • For an autumn semester: documents must be submitted between August 15 and August 20 of the respective year • For a spring semester: documents must be submitted between January 28 and February 03 of the respective year Required documents for transfer application: 1) Up-to-date transcript of records issued no earlier than August 1/ January 15 2) Secondary school certificate 3) Notarized translation of the school certificate in Russian 4) Certificate of recognition of foreign education (if necessary) 5) Scan of your passport (all pages) 6) Notarized translation of your passport in Russian Additionally, if you are in Russia, provide the following*: • Your current visa, registration and migration card • 3 medical certificates and a document proving that these certificates have been submitted to the Ministry of Internal Affairs • Fingerprint registration card • Medical insurance *Other documents may be required by the migration office.
