About the Program

Students will gain hands-on experience through clinical rotations in various medical specialties while learning from experienced faculty who are leaders in their respective fields.

Upon graduation, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue a successful career in medicine, whether in clinical practice, research, or specialized medical fields.

Program Structure

The 6-year program is divided into pre-clinical and clinical phases. The first three years establish a strong foundation in basic medical sciences, while the final three years are dedicated to clinical training across all major departments of KrasGMU's affiliated hospitals.

From the 3rd year onward, students participate in supervised clinical practice, gaining direct experience with patients in a wide range of medical specialties under the guidance of qualified physicians.

  1. Passport with notarized translation into Russian
  2. School certificate with notarized translation into Russian
  3. Medical certificate (HIV test, vaccination records)
  4. Birth certificate with notarized translation
  5. Passport-size photographs (6 pcs)

Important: Knowledge of Biology and Chemistry at secondary school level is required for the entrance examination.

Career Prospects

Graduates of the General Medicine program are qualified to work as physicians in hospitals, clinics, and research institutions worldwide. The KrasGMU diploma is internationally recognized, enabling graduates to pursue further specialization through residency programs in Russia or abroad across any medical discipline.
